I'm Shawn Steenson, a REALTOR® with Bloxham Realty, brokered by REAL Broker LLC, and based in Idaho Falls. I help buyers and sellers across Eastern Idaho, including Ammon, Rigby, Rexburg, Shelley, Blackfoot, Pocatello, Island Park, and Ashton. My approach is simple: straight answers, honest pricing backed by real comparable sales, and consistent communication from the first showing to closing day. Before real estate I spent nine years in direct sales, and I earned a Business Management degree from BYU-Idaho. I grew up in Arco, so Eastern Idaho is home.
